Support for Programmer Studio is divided into three categories, please select
the category into which you fall to determine what level of assistance is
available. Unless otherwise indicated support is limited only to the period
determined by the license.

The Subscription and Support Program is charged at an annual subscription of
30% of the total Software purchase price within the organization.
Customers who purchase the Subscription and Support Program at the same time
as their order for the Software will also benefit from the full level of support
during their 90 day warranty period. The next payment due under the Subscription
and Support Program will then not be due until 15 months after the purchase of
the Software, to allow for the 90 day warranty period.
