Observe Antistatic Precautions |
 |
This product contains electronic components that can easily
be damaged by small amounts of static electricity. To avoid damage,
follow these guidelines:
Store adapters in their conductive
plastic bags until you are ready to install them.
If possible, work in a static-free area.
Handle adapters only by the edges. Do not touch
electronic components or electrical traces. We strongly recommend
that you use a grounding wrist strap that is connected to the metallic
chassis of the computer. If you do not have a wrist strap, touch
the chassis before handling adapters, and frequently or continuously
thereafter, to equalize any static charge.
