Appendix E  Error Messages 

The following tables list error messages that may appear on the HP 3000
system, the probable cause of each error, and the recommended corrective
action.

NOTE The volume management software (AVR) is part of MPE/iX and displays a small number of messages in response to Media Manager operations. These messages should merely duplicate Media Manager messages.
