Chapter 13 Batch Processing with Command Files
This chapter describes how to use the Host Batch Facility to prepare and
execute command files. Command files provide a convenient way to perform
a series of database manipulations and to preserve the resulting data for
subsequent access. Batch jobs can be prepared by the DBA or a
sophisticated PC user and then run on the host HP 3000.
