Chapter 2  Preinstallation Activities 

There are activities that need to occur before the initial installation
of HP Predictive Support.  Some of these activities may be completed by 
your system administrator; others must be completed by your HP Account 
CE. Table 2-1 summarizes the preinstallation activities.
