HP Predictive Support CE Guide For HP 3000 Series 900

Phase 1:  Verifying the IBS/SPORTS Contract 

Review the IBS/SPORTS contract to ensure that the system qualifies for HP
Predictive Support coverage.  You should have an on-site copy of the
IBS/SPORTS contract before or at completion of the installation.


NOTE  Verifying the IBS/SPORTS contract increases the likelihood that a
      regular (rather than a temporary) code word is received when HP
      Predictive Support is run for the first time.
