Datacomm Troubleshooting Procedure No. 4
Probable Cause of File Transfer Failure: The system is heavily I/O bound
and HP Predictive Support is having difficulty completing the file
transfer to the HP Response Center.
1. Wait until the system is not so heavily I/O bound.
2. Initiate a transfer normal file transfer.
3. If the messages indicating interruption or termination of file
transfer persist, consider rescheduling HP Predictive Support to
run at a time when the system is less busy.
