Once high availability failover to the alternate data path
has engaged, users continue to access data on that high availability
array ldev with no restrictions. I/Os outstanding during the failure
and those after the failover will be processed on the alternate
data path without interruption.

NOTE: HAFO does not protect against multiple failures. It is
imperative that the broken path be repaired as soon as possible.
