The synchronization level of a conversation (whether it will
use confirm or not) is established when the conversation is initiated,
in a parameter of the MCAllocate intrinsic. Figure 3-5 “Conversation Using MCConfirm” illustrates
a one-way conversation with confirm, using the MCConfirm intrinsic.

The MCConfirm intrinsic sends a confirmation request to the
remote TP and waits for a response. MCConfirm replaces (person asks "Did you get the
message?").
