New Version of DAT

In order to meet the needs of Dump Analysis Tool (DAT) users, substantial
enhancements have been made to the existing product.  The enhancements
include several new environment variables, new STORE/RESTORE commands for
faster macro execution, and new functions that enable the user to access
symbols in a program file.  For more detailed information, refer to the
related article in the "Technical Articles" section in this Communicator.
