Listing CD-ROM Devices and PC Connections
You can use the Media Manager to list all mounted CD-ROM devices and all
PCs connected to CDSERVER.
To list CD-ROM devices, type:
CDMGR>LISTDEV
The screen displays a list of devices. The following example lists
information about two configured CD-ROM devices.
Server is managing 2 LDEVS
LDEV 4 is currently mounted
LDEV 3 is currently mounted
To list PC connections, type:
CDMGR>LISTCON
The screen displays a list of connected PCs. The list displays the
status of each connection (ALIVE or KILLED) and the Internet address of
the PC.
The list does not include dead connections. If a connection is lost, TCP
detects the loss within 5 to 10 minutes. The next time you display the
list, TCP updates the information to include the lost connection.
The following example lists information about three PCs.
Connection Number: 1
STATUS=ALIVE, IP ADDRESS=128.127.050.003
Connection Number: 2
STATUS=ALIVE, IP ADDRESS=128.127.050.010
Connection Number: 3
STATUS=ALIVE, IP ADDRESS=128.127.050.001
