Business Unit File Assignment Option 

The Business Unit File Assignment option appears on the Forecasts command
dialog box NEXT (second) screen.


            

Use the Business Unit File Assignment option to select a business unit
file.  You can double-click on a directory in the Directories list box to
select a directory.  You can click on a file in the Files list box to
select a file or simply type in the business unit file name in the
Filename box.

After you select a business unit file, click on  OK to open the file.  If
the file exists, the name is displayed on the Forecasts command dialog
box in the Business Unit File option box and the Business Unit trending
method is enabled.

The user is notified if the file does not exist.  The program stays on
the NEXT screen until you correct or delete the Business Unit File name.
