HP Resource Sharing for MPE/iX

Running Resource Manager 

To start the Resource Manager Utility (RESMGR): 

   1.  Log on to the HP 3000.

   2.  Enter the command to run RESMGR.

       If you have created a UDC to run RESMGR, enter the UDC at the MPE
       prompt.

       If there is no UDC set up, enter this command at the MPE prompt:

              RUN RESMGR.PPC.SYS

                     OR 

              RESMGR.PPC.SYS

   3.  The screen displays the RESMGR> prompt and function labels.  Our
       sample below shows the function labels that appear for basic users
       (those with IA, BA, ND, and SF capabilities).

NOTE  You can cancel an operation by typing two slashes (//) at any of
      the program prompts.
