B : Using the Report Screens 

Another way to produce a report is from the Report on Configuration
screen.  This screen lets you request specific sets of information to be
printed, in contrast to the  Print  f1 function label that prints only
the data generated for the current Show or List screen.  (If there is
more than one page of Show or List data generated, choosing  Print  f1 
from any page will print all pages.)  To see how this kind of report
differs from the one you just produced, print a list of defined databases
using the Report on Configuration screen.
