Operational Procedures

This section describes the operational procedures with details on the
following maintenance and service activities specific to HP Predictive
Support:

   *   Reconfiguring utilities.

   * Manually entering a code word.

   * Sending comments to the HP Response Center.

   *   Resetting event data.

NOTE It is recommended that these activities be performed by the Account CE, or performed by the system administrator at the customer site upon the advice of the Account CE or RCE.
