If You Need Help With the Installation
If the installation procedures do not complete correctly and you have
followed the steps listed in this chapter, call your Hewlett-Packard
support representative for assistance. Please have the following
information available when you call:
* The version number of your HP LaserRX/MPE software.
* The version number of the MPE operating system on the HP 3000.
* The manufacturer and model number of your PC.
* The version number of the MS-DOS(R) and Microsoft(R) Windows
programs on your PC.
* The type of graphics adapter card and monitor you are using.
* The amount of regular and expanded memory in the PC.
