HP Schedule related Screens 

Use these screens if you have HP DeskManagerPLUS installed to specify
Resource Classes, Resources and their Attributes.

The screens described in this section are:

   *   HP Schedule Menu

   *   Resource Class Information

   *   Resource Information

HP Schedule Menu 

Use the HP Schedule menu to access the screens where you specify Resource
Class information or Resource Information.

HP Schedule Menu Select one of the following options: Resclass Menu Lets you configure information about Resource Classes. Resource Menu Lets you configure information about Resources. In addition, you can return to the Configuration Main Menu, or refresh the screen should it become corrupted. Resource Class Information Use the Resource Class Information to record the names of Attributes given to a Class. It is reached from the HP Schedule Menu by pressing ResClass Menu

Resource Class Information Select one of the following options: Add Lets you add Resource Classes and supply the names of Attributes. Class and Attribute names cannot have more than 16 characters. Delete Lets you delete Resource Classes. Before you delete a Resource Class you must have deleted its resources using the Resource Menu. Get When you type in the Class name and press Get, all the Attributes associated with a Class are displayed. Modify Lets you add new Attribute names to an existing Class. Print Screen Prints a copy of the screen contents. List Lists the directory of Resource Classes configured on your system. In addition, you can return to the HP Schedule Menu or refresh the screen. Resource Information Use Resource Information screen to record the values of Attributes of a Resource. It is reached by pressing Resource Menu at the HP Schedule Menu.

Resource Information Select from the following options: Add Lets you add a Resource and its Attribute values. Before you can add a Resource, the Resources Class must exist on the database. Delete Lets you delete a resource. Get When you type in a Resource name and press Get, all the Attribute values associated with that Resource are displayed. Modify Lets you add to, modify or delete the Attribute names to an existing Class. Print Screen Prints a copy of the screen contents. List Lists the directory of Resources configured on your system. In addition, you can return to the HP Schedule Menu or refresh the screen.
