HP Desk generates files in some other groups in the HPOFFICE account, for
various purposes, as listed below:

   *   MAILDB mainly holds the HP Desk databases - dynamic data created
       by the use of HP Desk, such as the contents of messages and the
       Directory.

   *   MAILHELP holds files forming the text of the Help system.

   *   MAILSERV holds IPC files used to communicate with HP Desk server
       programs.

   *   MAILSTAT holds statistics from the maintenance reports.

   *   MAILXEQ holds installed script files and abbreviations.
