AUTOANSWER 

Abbreviation:  AANS

Sets up an automatic reply to incoming messages.  The message of the
automatic answer can be a Work Area or Filing Cabinet item.
See "AutoAnswering Messages" .

     Admin > AANS "away" OF "replies"

The AUTOANSWER command can be used in the following areas of HP Desk:
Administration Area.
