Miscellaneous Errors
---------------------------------------------------------------
MESSAGE *FATAL ERROR: Optical Media Mgr is not running.
CAUSE The Optical Media Manager program is not running because (1)
the system didn't have an optical library in the configuration,
or (2) the Media Manager program had a fatal error, or (3) the
program HPOPTMGR.PUB.SYS has not been run.
ACTION Verify that the Optical Library is correctly configured.
Investigate any Media Manager error messages displayed on the
operator console. Run the program HPOPTMGR.PUB.SYS. (This will
take approximately one minute to complete.)

CAUSE Unexpected internal error occurred during MOUTIL processing.
ACTION Retry operation. Note error number displayed.

2 MESSAGE *Error: Destination volume on ldev ! not mounted in valid
state.
CAUSE Error occurred while mounting Magneto-Optical volume into the
MPE/iX file system.
ACTION Verify misload has not occurred on optical library system.
Retry operation.

9 MESSAGE *Error: Invalid response. Please answer with a 'Y', 'YES',
'N', or 'NO'.
CAUSE User did not respond correctly.
ACTION Answer request with `Y', `YES', `N', or `NO'.''

201 MESSAGE FATAL ERROR: OUTER-MOST RECOVER BLOCK ENVOKED. PROGRAM WILL
TERMINATE.
CAUSE Unexpected fatal error occurred.
ACTION Verify all parameters are correct for the request and retry the
operation. Notify Hewlett-Packard of the problem.

202 MESSAGE Error: Required Media Manager file not found.
CAUSE Subsystem component not running or not working correctly.
ACTION Verify that the optical library is correctly configured.
Investigate any Media Manager error messages displayed on the
operator console. Run the program HPOPTMGR.PUB.SYS. (This will
take approximately one minute to complete.)

CAUSE An incorrect version of MOUTIL exists on the system.
ACTION Verify MOUTIL was installed correctly from the subsystem tape.
