HP Motif/iX System Administrator's Supplement

Displaying to a Workstation

When displaying to an HP workstation, such as a 300 Series or 400 Series
HP 9000, you must start the network and network services (NS). You do not
need to modify the network configuration.

Remember to authorize the HP 3000 host to access the X display. Run the
xhost client on the workstation and supply it the node name of the HP
3000. For example, xhost +ixmachine. Where ixmachine is the node name
of the HP 3000 host. For more information on xhost, refer to the HP-UX
manual.
