Chapter 4  System Configuration 

This chapter briefly describes procedures for managing system
configuration.  The current system configuration data is stored in a
group of files called the basegroup.  This group, unless specifically
named otherwise, is named CONFIG.SYS by default.  Configuration changes
are effected by invoking the system generation utility SYSGEN and any of
its four different configurators.  Changes are read from the current
configuration group unless a different group is specified.
