TERMINAL BUFFER CONFIGURATION 

When using FORMSPEC, ENTRY, REFSPEC, or the intrinsics VREADFIELDS or
VSHOWFORM, there must be sufficient terminal buffers available for all
concurrently executing terminal I/O operations.  The number of terminal
buffers must be at least 150 and it is strongly recommended that the
number of terminal buffers be set to the maximum allowed on your system,
shared by all processes.  (See the configuration dialogue in the MPE V 
Systems Operation and Resource Management Reference Manual (32033-90005).
