Dual Stack Client
This section describes additional steps to support NS virtual terminal
services using the HP PC NS/ARPA Services product and NetWare together.
First, create your NetWare client then follow the instructions below:
Used WSGEN for IPX.COM
If you used WSGEN to create your NetWare client shell, you must use
software provided with HP PC NS/ARPA Services product to update IPX.COM
to support the TCP/IP stack required for NS virtual terminal. Refer to
the Installation Guide provided with the HP PC NS/ARPA Services product.
Used ODI Client
If you created a NetWare client using ODI, in addition to the ODI files,
you must:
1. Copy the ODINSUP.COM file (from the DOS_CLIENT diskette) to the
same directory as the other NetWare shell files.
2. Create or update the NET.CFG file. In addition to any other items
you have included in NET.CFG, you must include the following:

The link driver, LANDRV is the LAN driver file name you selected
for this PC workstation for ODI. You must also list all frame
types you want to support for this LAN card.
3. Follow the instructions in the Installation Guide provided with
the HP PC NS/ ARPA Services product to complete installation and
configuration of NS virtual terminal and ARPA Services (as
needed).
