RJE/XL Node Manager's Guide
Escalation Procedures
IBM 2780/3780 users experiencing problems while using RJE/XL should
contact their user support personnel. The user support personnel should
resolve all IBM network problems and should contact the HP 3000 node
manager for all HP 3000 problems. If the HP 3000 node manager is unable
to resolve the problem, HP should be contacted for assistance. Customers
with Account Management Support (AMS) and Response Center Support (RCS)
can contact a Response Center for help when solving a problem. Customers
without AMS or RCS are directed to their local sales office for
consulting services.
NOTE Depending on the type of service contract you have with
Hewlett-Packard, you may be billed for assistance on a time and
materials basis. For example, HP does not support, correct or
attend to any customer-performed modification of the MPE XL
operating system. Remember, if you cannot solve a problem, the
more circumstantial data you can provide, the faster your HP
representative can pinpoint the problem and solve it.
