Resource 3000 offers a tape recovery service where we attempt to recover files from damaged MPE/iX STORE tapes.

We've developed an in-house tool to aid in recovery attempts. The tool requires comprehensive knowledge of STORE/RESTORE tape format, and file system internals and is not separately available.

STORE tape recovery isn't our main business, and we may have difficulty reacting to recovery requests quickly. But, we don't want to turn away anyone who is in need of help. So, if you have a problem, we'll try the best we can to help out.
