FILE 

FILE(modifier) file-name[,option-list];

     MODIFIERS 
     CLOSE   -  Closes the file
     CONTROL -  Performs an FCONTROL operation
     OPEN    -  Opens the file
     READ    -  Reads record from the file
     SORT    -  Sorts the file
     UPDATE  -  Replaces current record
     WRITE   -  Writes record to file
     [REV BEG]
     OPTIONS WITH CONTROL MODIFIER[REV END]
     CODE=number
