Using Extin' in HP Pascal by Sue Kimura, Information Systems Division Users must modify calls to the compiler library intrinsic EXTIN'. Specifically, use of the Pascal predefine WADDRESS must be removed from the result parameter to EXTIN'. The result parameter in the intrinsic declaration for EXTIN' has been modified in Release 1.1. The result parameter has been changed from an integer by value parameter to an ANYVAR parameter. Consequently, a program with a call to EXTIN' which successfully compiled on Release 1.0 will encounter error 208, "Actual parameter not compatible with formal parameter" , on Release 1.1. Removal of WADDRESS will fix this compilation error.
