The following list shows how the new Date Item type can be specified in
the Dictionary/3000, System Dictionary, Information Access Dictionary,
and User Defined Dictionary.

New Date Item Type 

The new Date Item type must be stored in a Four Byte Integer, expressed
in the form:  year, month, day.  The year can be expressed fully.  The
example in the following list is:  September 26, 1988.

Dictionary/3000

You can specify an Item with the new Date type by using the Long Name
!INTDATE.

System Dictionary 

Element-Subtype   Required Length   Base Type         Example/Value

The Subtype belonging to the new Date Item type is defined in the command
input file BRWSDEXT.PUB.SYS for HP BRW/XL or RSDEXT.PUB.SYS for HP BRW/V.
Since the limit of Subtypes is already reached, the Date Item type MYY is
no longer supported for System Dictionary.

You can specify an item with the new Date type in the Supporting File
ACCSDEF by using the keyword INTDATE.
