Accessing INGRES System Catalogs 

PC users can access INGRES system catalogs along with other INGRES tables
through the Tables box in Information Access.  To enable access to the
system catalogs, you must modify the NWACCESS.INI file that resides in
the Windows subdirectory on the user's PC. You can find instructions for
modifying NWACCESS.INI in the Information Access help facility under
"Changing Global Information Access Settings."
