To successfully transfer your source programs and their associated data
files from an RM/COBOL to this environment, you must be familiar with:

   *   the operation of the application which you wish to transfer.  This
       knowledge is necessary if you are to ensure that the results given
       by the application are the same in both environments

   *   the design and implementation of the application
