LD_LIBRARY_PATH 

Specifies where to look for shared libraries.

Syntax: 

     LD_LIBRARY_PATH=path-name [:path-name]...
     export LD_LIBRARY_PATH

Parameters: 

path-name           specifies where to search for shared libraries.  This
                    variable should be set to (or should include)
                    $COBDIR/coblib.  The COBDIR environment variable is
                    described earlier in this appendix.
