COBOL/HP-UX Getting Started for the Series 700 and 800

Verifying the Installation 

As a quick check that you have installed the system correctly, start
COBOL Toolbox and check that it displays the initial system menu.  Enter
the following at the operating system prompt:

     tbox

If the system is working, the initial system menu will appear, as shown
in Figure 2-1 .  (The "Va.b.cc" and "aaa bbbb" shown will have been
replaced by a version number and date of issue.)

Since for now you are simply checking that the system is installed, press
Escape to return to the operating system prompt.  COBOL Toolbox asks you
to confirm that you want to exit; reply Y.
