Changing The Expert Facility's Rules A situation might occur on your system that the Expert facility considers unusual but is normal for your system. Or, conversely, you might have a situation that the Expert facility does not detect, but one that you would like to add to its list of symptoms. In such cases, see chapter 7 for information on changing the GlancePlus default configuration. Make changes to the Expert facility carefully, since by doing so, you are assuming the role of an expert.
