Error Messages

9010

INTERNAL ERROR: Forecast detected Singular Matrix.

Action: The data you have selected consists of two equal data points.
Choose more data points, for example, by using a wider time window.

9011

ERROR: Insufficient Memory for forecast, close other windows.

Action: The forecast requires more memory than is currently available.
Close one or more windows and try again.

9014

ERROR: Insufficient data to forecast accurately.

Action: You must have at least two data points to generate a forecast.
Use a different summary level (such as Point Every = Daily instead of
Monthly) or a wider time window to get more data points.

9015

ERROR: Couldn't open business unit file.

Action: HP RXForecast unsuccessfully tried to open the file. Check the
path and the filename spelling and enter it again.

9019

ERROR: The Application Name was inactive in date range.

Action: There was no data for the specified Application in the data
range. You may have mistyped the Application Name so try re-entering the
name. Or the Application may not have been defined in the time period
you selected. Try a different time window that includes a period when
the application was active.

9021

ERROR: Maximum number of Business Units has been exceeded.

Action: Use a smaller window of data or a different level of summary
(such as weekly instead of daily).

9022

ERROR: Dates in Business Unit File do not coincide with dates selected
from Logfile, or Business Unit is constant for entire date range. Check
the Business Unit file.

Action: Business Unit File and Logfile are not in sync. Check that the
dates in the Business Unit File coincide with the dates in the Logfile.
You would also see this error if the values in the Business Unit File are
all the same. Note that if there is only one value to date for the
Business Unit this will be interpreted as a constant value for the entire
date range to date. Modify Business Unit File or select a different date
range from the logfile as needed.

9059

ERROR: Statistics aren't available for non Forecasting graphs.

Action: You can only use the Zoom Statistics command for forecast
metrics graphs. Select the Draw Forecasts command to select a forecast
metrics graph to display.

9060

ERROR: Statistics error. No stats available.

Action: Statistics were not generated because the graph draw failed.
You can see the graph but there is no data plotted. Check your
selections in the dialog box and try the graph draw again.
