Chapter 8  Configuring Security 

Security definitions determine which access groups are allowed to see
which tables and items.

In this chapter you will find procedures, screen descriptions, and
reference information to help you:

   *   Use the Security Menu
   *   Define table security
   *   Define item security
   *   Change the controlling DBA of a data source or an access group

The following figure from the Information Access Server:  Learning the 
Administrator Utility manual shows where the tasks in this chapter appear
in the configuration process.


            

Tables TABLE1 through TABLE4 in this figure are labeled as IMAGE tables,
but they could also be or file tables.
