Building the Account Structure for a New Developer System: 

These instructions do not apply to existing HP4GL systems.

   1.  Create the HP4GL account.

       These accounts can be named anything, but in these examples, HP4GL
       is used for developer accounts and HP4GLR is the example used for
       run-time accounts.

   2.  Logon to the HP4GL account (or HP4GLR for run-time).

   3.  Create the HP4GL account structure.

       For example, for a developer system:

            :HP4BLD.HP4GL.SYS 

       or, for run-time only:

            :HP4BLDR.HP4GLR.SYS 

       HP4BLD (or HP4BLDR) creates several groups within the account.
       After the groups are created, the utility copies several files
       from the SYS account into the newly created groups.
