HP 3000 System Requirements
The EFT hardware and software requirements for the HP 3000 Gateway are
the following:
Hardware
* HP 3000
* HP 2345A DTC/3000
* Two HP 2346A/B/C Add-on Synchronous Interface cards. One card is
required for the customer's private X.25 networks and one for
connecting with external networks like the HP X.25 NETWORK.

NOTE If the customer does not have a private X.25 network, but
does have a private LAN network, only one SNP card is
needed.

* HP 32054A OpenView DTC Manager workstation if using a PC-based DTC
configuration.
Software
* MPE/iX operating system 4.0 or later
* NS 3000 MPE/iX Network Services (HP 36920A)
* X.25 MPE/iX System Access (HP 36939A)
* HP OpenView DTC Manager (D2355A) running on the HP OpenView
workstation if using a PC-based DTC configuration
