$NOTTERMCAP
Syntax
$NOTTERMCAP <func id>[,<func id>][,<func id>]...
where:
<func id> is the number of a terminal function type to which
the following text is not to be displayed. (See
Appendix A .)
Description
The $NOTTERMCAP directive is used to display help text to all users
except those who are using terminals that support specific functions (see
also the $TERMCAP directive). By using it in combination with the
$TERMCAP directive, you can provide alternate text covering all types of
terminal. It is used exactly like the $TERMCAP directive explained
below. End the restriction with a $NOTTERMCAP directive on its own.

$IDNONHP 9427 "Using the Expense Report Form"

Capability Groups for which this page has been
installed no matter what terminal they are using.
$NOTTERMCAP 8,6
This text will be seen by members of all User
Capability Groups for which this page was
installed except those members who are using
