Strengths
Can work anywhere You can mail items from an application to a user
in the network anywhere on the HP Desk network, and a user anywhere
in the network can mail items to the application.
Background process All of the importing of files to be mailed is done as
a background process. Therefore the user does not
have to wait before continuing with something else.
The application There is flexibility in the way Distribution Lists
has control over are created. The application has complete control of
Distribution Lists them. However, the application has to get this
information from somewhere, it must already have been
given the information before the application is run,
or the user must be prompted for the information at
the appropriate time.
