Chapter 2 Software
This chapter explains some of the factors to consider if you are
upgrading your HP Desk system to another version of HP Desk. It begins
with an explanation of the enhancements to this version, including the
features that are associated with HP DeskManagerPLUS. You do not need to
read this chapter if you are installing HP Desk for the first time, and
you do not have AdvanceMail or NewWave Mail.
Read this chapter if you are implementing version B.05.00, or later, of
HP Desk:
* As an upgrade to your present version.
* In a network to co-exist with previous versions.
* To be accessed from personal computers through AdvanceMail or
NewWave Mail.
