Conformance and Implementation Considerations The MPE/iX SVID IPC library was implemented to emulate the behavior of the equivalent SVID-conformant IPC functionality available on the Series 800 HP 9000 computer system. Please read the "Implementation Considerations" section of each function description prior to using the function in order to understand any implementation-defined behavior or behavior that does not conform to the definition of the function in the AT&T System V Interface Definition.
