SQLUtil
SQLUtil contains two enhancements to support IMAGE/SQL:
* The ALL option of the SHOWDBE command displays the name of the
ATCINFO file if any TurboIMAGE/XL databases are attached.
* If any TurboIMAGE/XL databases are attached and you purge the
DBEnvironment, the PURGEDBE command automatically detaches them.
