SPU Switchover/XL User's Guide

Operator Switchover Procedure 

To reconnect terminals to the alternate system after an SPU switchover,
from the OpenView DTC Manager terminal:

   1.  Send a message to the users through the OpenView DTC Manager
       explaining that the home system is not available and all
       processing will be switched to the alternate system.

   2.  Reset all terminals using the OpenView DTC Manager.  This process
       aborts the terminal connection to the home system and allows the
       alternate system to establish a new connection.
