ALLBASE/SQL Message Catalog
Messages are stored in the ALLBASE/SQL message catalog, which must be
installed on your system. The name of the message catalog is
SQCTxxx.PUB.SYS, where xxx is the numeric representation of the current
language. The default message catalog is SQLCT000.PUB.SYS. The default
language is NATIVE-3000 (US ASCII). You can also use the following
equation to specify a file that is a different group and account:
: FILE SQLCT000.PUB.SYS = SomeFile.SomeGrp.SomeAcct
