ALLBASE/SQL Error Messages (Continued) 

40           MESSAGE    Error attempting to rename '!' to '!'.  (DBERR
                      40)

           CAUSE      The ISQL RENAME failed because the file is being
                      accessed
                      or
                      you do not have write permission to the file.

           ACTION     Issue the command again, when the file is no longer
                      being accessed
                      or
                      contact a user who has write permission to the
                      specified file.
