Application Development with ODBC 

If you are developing applications that use the ODBC interface, you will
need to order the Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) Level 2 from
Microsoft.  The MSDN contains the ODBC Software Developers Kit (SDK),
which includes the ODBC API Reference, sample ODBC applications, and
other technical information to assist you in developing your
applications.

The PC API ODBC driver is based on the ODBC SDK 1.0.
