Chapter 7  PROGRAM TRANSLATION 

This chapter contains information on compiling and preparing COBOL and
Pascal programs.

FORTRAN compiles cannot be done with the COMPILE command inside of
TOOLSET/XL. Compiles should be done with the FORTRAN compiler.  Linking
may be done from within TOOLSET/XL or with LINKEDIT.
