Chapter 18 Moving Files from the HP 260
Follow these steps to move your files. These tasks are described in
detail in this chapter, except where noted.
1. Prepare files for moving.
Check that each type of file (program, data, form, database
schema, database data sets) is in the appropriate format. Files
must be in the appropriate format before you can move them to
the HP 3000.
2. Move the files from the HP 260 to the HP 3000.
Choose the file moving method that is appropriate for your
hardware. Both methods make the actual move relatively easy.
