EBCDICIN/EBCDICOUT
EBCDICIN translates from EBCDIC to the character code specified in the
translation table of the language you select. EBCDICOUT translates from
the character code specified in the translation table of the language you
select to EBCDIC. When you do not specify a language, EBCDICIN translates
from EBCDIC to ASCII, and EBCDOUT translates from ASCII to EBCDIC.
